Community Healing Picnic To Be Held in Malibu on Jan. 10

An afternoon of food, healing arts, music, and reflection will be held at Pepperdine University from 11:30 a.m.- 3 p.m. on Jan. 10.

Hosted by Supervisor Lindsey Horvath, Pepperdine, and the City of Malibu, the free Community Healing Picnic will honor the anniversary of the Palisades Fire.

“This gathering celebrates the strength, resilience, and spirit of our community,” according an email from Horvath. “All neighbors impacted by the fire are welcome to come together for an afternoon of food, healing arts, music, and reflection—a time to connect, support one another, and honor the ways our community continues to rise.”

To register for the event, which is located at 24255 Pacific Coast Highway, visit this link. Parking is available at Pepperdine’s Seaver Main Lot and Theme Tower Lot.
