Dangerous Rip Currents Expected This Weekend

The National Weather Service has forecast dangerous rip currents, large waves, and possible coastal flooding along the beaches this weekend, according to City Councilmember Traci Park’s office.

“Consider staying out of the water,” Park’s newsletter advised. “But if you do, swim near a lifeguard, stay off rocks and jetties, and never underestimate the ocean.”
