PPCC Apr. 9 Meeting to Consider 15113 Sunset Project & Density/Evacuation Plans
The Pacific Palisades Community Council board will hold a virtual meeting on Apr. 9 at 6 p.m. that will address a proposed structure at 15113 Sunset, city density mandates, and emergency evacuation plans.
The agenda is available at this link. The zoom link for the meeting is here, and the council website, pacpalicc.org, has further information.
According to the PPCC website, the proposed mixed-use project at 15113 Sunset Blvd. is requesting a height increase from 30 feet to 40 feet, a 600 square feet reduction in open space, and a reduction in the north and south side yards from 6 feet to 0 feet. In addition, the project would have reductions in required parking for both cars and bicycles.
The PPCC has drafted a motion for board approval opposing the project in its current form. The motion is available here.
In addition, the PPCC will consider approval of a motion regarding density mandates and emergency evacuation plans. The motion text is available here.
