Canyon Elementary School’s renovation of the historic Schoolhouse has been completed and cleared for occupancy.

Long-time Santa Monica Canyon resident, Diane Duarte, a creative entrepreneur, writer, and director, has passed away.

L.A. Public Works will begin a multi-week project in the Santa Monica Canyon Channel to loosen and remove more concrete overlay to prevent a repeat of the slew of slabs that clogged the channel during a February storm.
