Realty Office Opens at 100 W. Channel Rd.
The Palisades Estates, a project of The Beverly Hills Estates, will hold a ribbon cutting and open house on Aug. 15 from 12-3 p.m. at their new realty office at 100 W. Channel Rd., which was the previous location of The Hungry Cat restaurant.
The office will be led by Palisadian Jacqueline Chernov and focus on rebuilding and recovery, according to a company website.
The Palisades Estates will offer listing strategy, buyer representation, market intelligence, rebuild resources, and community workshops, according to the website. A portion of proceeds from every sale will be donated to Steadfast LA, an organization founded by Rick Caruso to aid in the town’s recovery from the Palisades Fire.
