Free “Trick or Treat” Luncheon for Seniors at Legion on Oct. 30

Palisades Long-Term Recovery Group is hosting a free luncheon for seniors at the American Legion Post 283 on Oct. 30.

The event, which will be held from 12:30-3 p.m. at 15247 La Cruz Dr., will include lunch catered by the Palisades Garden Café and is limited to 150 seniors. To attend, sign up at this link or email info@PaliLTRG.org.

The gathering will be “an afternoon of good food, great company, and valuable recovery resources designed to uplift and support our senior community,” according to the organizer.n “Enjoy a delicious lunch, connect with friends and neighbors, and hear inspiring stories from local fire survivors who continue to rebuild with courage and hope.”

Representatives from The Wylie Center, Jewish Family Services Los Angeles, The Salvation Army, and other partner organizations will share helpful recovery information and answer your questions. Disaster Case Managers will be present to assist with ongoing support for those most in need.
