Halloween & Fall Events in the Palisades

A Fiesta of Fright will take over Rustic Canyon Recreation Center on Oct. 25.

The traditional Halloween party, will include a haunted house along with games, candy, food, a moonbounce and prizes. Festivities will begin at 4 p.m., although the haunted house ($5) opens at 5 p.m. The fiesta ends at 8 p.m.

Other Halloween-related fun in Pacific Palisades include Y.M.C.A. events at Simon Meadow (15551 Sunset Blvd.).

The Pumpkin Patch is open Mon.-Fri. from 3- 6 p.m. and Sat-Sun. from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

A Fall Community Picnic and Glass Pumpkin Sale will be held Oct. 11. The picnic (noon-4 p.m.) will have food trucks and offer time to connect with friends and neighbors, while the sale of hand-blown glass pumpkins made by local artists will be 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

The Y.M.C.A. is also offering T-Ball from Oct. 18-Nov. 22 for three- to six-year-olds. The Saturday league will have 30-minute practices followed by a 30-minute game in a parent-coached league.
