Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin Breakfasts With Palisadians on Tuesday

On Sept. 30, residents can connect with Calif. Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin at a breakfast at the Palisades Recovery Coalition (15224 Sunset Blvd.).

The meeting will occur between 9:30-11:30 a.m. and will include a briefing on policy and resilience. According to the P.R.C.’s newsletter, topics will include brush-land clearance (and how the state plans to enforce it), pathways to Prop 4 funding, practical home-hardening tactics, and Irwin’s leadership “in fixing Zone Zero’s one-size-fits-all approach.”

In addition, the assemblymember will address “construction staging areas and a coordinated recovery structure to keep projects moving.”
